Geometry Through Art (GTA) is a non-threatening way to introduce children to geometry, which has been developed by artist and teacher Norman Shapiro. GTA provides hands-on activities that give children from Kindergarten to grade 10 the skills needed to visualize spacial relationships.
To see Norman Shapiro's unique teaching materials and kits for teachers students and parents, free lesson plans and Geometry Through Art kits are available at Drexel College's Math Forum.
